EIT is a privately held business owned and led by Aamir Saleem (CEO) and Song Pak (COO).
In 2002, leaders at Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) called on Aamir and Song to lead a complex enterprise IT transformation initiative. Because EIT wasn't a large mature company yet we focused on presence and impact - not flash. We showed up on-site every day, arriving early, and staying late while bringing a warmth that proved recognizably different for our customers. Since then we've been trusted to support 300+ contracts across 5 sectors including the Intelligence Community, Department of the Air Force CIO, Health and Human Services OCIO, Department of Homeland Security, and more.
Here's how we work - Aamir bring expertise in infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and data. Song brings expertise in security, compliance, and quality. Together, they set out to create a company people would love to work for, that brought customers the rare combination of strategic vision and technical excellence required to get the job done. That passion for technology, customer success, and sitting side by side with our customers remains the bedrock of the culture.
Building on that foundation, Aamir and Song brought on two strategic leaders to help guide Emagine IT into its next chapter.
In 2022, Jeremy Francese joined Emagine IT as Chief Growth Officer. After building a successful sales career, he founded Gravel Street Advisory—an embedded growth strategy firm. That experience instilled a sharp focus on data-driven results, resourcefulness, and action—all of which now drive EIT’s growth with energy and discipline.
In 2025, Cedric Sims joined as a Strategic Advisor following his role as Chief Operating Officer at MITRE Corporation. Cedric brings decades of leadership across government and industry, including senior roles at the U.S. Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security, founding and exiting Evermay Consulting Group, and serving as a Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. Having led global transformations for organizations of over 10,000 people, he ensures EIT remains aligned with evolving federal priorities and mission needs.
